Hotel is a perfect location for out of towners that want a great place to stay on Liverpool game days. The only issue I have is having no idea where the entrance was. It was pouring rain and I’m running around the complex trying to get in. After that the place is awesome. There is no dining facilities but you are so close to many options.

Excellent
Very friendly staff. Arrived before check in time but they were more than happy to let us in the room. Clean room. Nice beds. Bathroom was clean and light. Even though it was a Saturday night and had the window open were not disturbed by bars downstairs. Only 1 issue was every time someone opened a door in the hall our door would move and bang a little.

Hotel is a bit run down, clean but basic upstairs. Only one person working, serving in the pub and doing reception. Serves its purpose but that's about it

One of the worst hotels
There was no soap for bathing, no cups in the room to make tea. The room is so small. The bed is not safe for my kids. One of my daughter fell off from the bunk bed. There was no staff on site to complain to. The service was so terrible.

Check in very good and easy. Room was OK (TV didnt work (bad wifi??) and no milk with tea making facility) Staff very kind and let us park past check out which was brilliant. Very close to Anfield which was excellent. I expected it to be noisy and it was for first part of evening - no problem with that. In fact it calmed down quite quickly and was fine.

More like a youth hostel than a hotel.
Totally oversold. The picture on the web site is the one and only bridal suit, all other rooms have 6 or more pod-like bunks with no internal lights which would enable you to read. They don't serve breakfast either as stated on the website and did not offer me a meal in the restaurant, if there was one. My room (4) had 2, 3-legged stools so impossible to be comfortable in it. No mirror, no chairs, no hanging spac or even coat hooks, teabags but no milk and TV didn't work. Up 2 stories to find key fob didn't work. Lumpy pillows and soft matress with springs in Brilliant for access to Anfield but no mention of after match "entertainment" in the bar below involving singing with a microphone accompanied by football chants and stamping. Re entry after match was on a rough side road. No light over the entry key pad so couldnt see the number and as a single woman, who had to make more than half a dozen attempts to get in, I felt vulnerable. On leaving, dificulty with opening stiff, locked looking, carpark gates involved 3 phone calls to "24 hour reception." Had to wake him up. Definately the worst place I've stayed in. I certainly would not recommend it and wont be going again.

Decent hotel with friendly staff
Staff were really friendly and welcoming upon arrival. Check in was simple. Room was decent, beds were comfortable, bathroom was clean. Only downfall was there was lots of dust around the room, the water pressure in the shower was poor and the tv was broken. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Got to the room and there was no where to hang clothes, no remote for the tv and when they found one it still didn’t work, also had to ask for milk for tea and coffee facilities and when brought to room milk was stale/ off. Also in the evening staff were sat on floor in reception area drinking alcohol! Didn’t feel it was worth the money we paid. Sorry!
