Location, location, location.
Fantastic location. Kansai Airport limousine stops outside the hotel. Less than 5 min walk to JR station, subway and shopping centres. Easy check in and out service. One downside is that the room is very crammed and small so it was difficult to open your luggage for two people.

The hotel is perfectly located with regard to the airport bus station and the railway station. The latter can be reached sheltered in case it rains. Plenty of restaurant around. Friendly helpful staff, but also machine-check-in is possible, but not mandatory. Reception is on flloor 9, all rooms in higher floors. For Japanese standards big rooms, functional bathroom. I would come back.

HEART OF OSAKA WITH EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE
Our family of 6 with 4 adults and 2 teenagers will comfortable in 3 room which was booked with breakfast. Once you go down the bottom floors of the hotel, it is another mecca of food, restaurants, shopping and linked to nearby other eateries and shopping areas. There was always a taxi downstairs we could secure or Uber. Front desk staff helped us check in early with minimal fee because one of our family was not feeling well. We will return to Osaka and Hotel Hankyu Respire Osaka.

The hotel is located in a very handy place, walkable distance to many shopping malls and restaurants. But there is a problem with the lifts. Waiting time is too long and hotel didn’t try to mange it in an orderly manner. Always there will be big groups gathered around the lift door seemingly to squeeze into the lift quickly.

Nice Stay, with comments on driving guests
Hotel is new, clean, right next to Osaka Station. Plenty of shops and restaurants in the shopping mall downstairs. Breakfast was good and no queue line in the morning like other busy hotels. If you are driving, the hotel charges 3000 yen per night to park in the underground carpark, which is very reasonable considering the central location. However, every evening the roads around the hotel were very busy, requiring at least 15 mins extra to just enter the carpark. Also, the instructions given in relation to exiting the carpark was not clear. I was not told on my 2nd day that I should have exited the carpark by using the intercom instead of my parking ticket, which was fine but caused some confusion as my original parking ticket was collected by the exit machine (which the staff told me I was supposed to keep it).

A great hotel, but the guests’ standards fall shor
This is an excellent place to stay, with a complete shopping and dining area right downstairs. The transportation is very convenient, with both the subway and the airport shuttle bus within walking distance. The hotel also provides plenty of travel information for guests to take freely. If I visit Osaka Station again, this hotel will definitely be my top choice. To support environmental protection efforts, Japan no longer provides single-use amenities in guest rooms. However, the hotel thoughtfully places tea bags and amenities in the lobby for guests to take as needed, trusting their sense of integrity. Unfortunately, many guests from Korea and China were seen taking far more than necessary, such as over ten toothbrushes, cotton swabs, and tea bags per person, exceeding what would be reasonable for their room occupancy. By the time I returned to the hotel in the evening, the entire supply had been cleared out. Human nature truly reflects like a mirror.

Rooms were worn out and terrible coin laundry
Convenient location to access shops and transport services. Hotel lobby is located on Level 9 and serviced by 6 lifts but still needed to wait for one every time and always have people tried to come in at last minute as the doors are closing. Don’t like the fact the lobby is always busy and full of people, and busy lobby corridor you always need to avoid people on opposite direction. Hate the fact that the hotel TV shows the coin laundry status with true running count down, however many guests tend to run the machine multiple times (loads) or even occupy multiple machines. So we literally waited over 1 hour for our turn and we were not the only one in the line. Our feedback to the hotel made me feel they knew about it but not prepare to take necessary action to enhance the guest experience. Will not consider to stay here again if returned to Osaka and rather pay a bit more with many other choice near by.

4인가족 방2개 예약했어요~ 2일동안 너무편하게지내다왔어요 역이랑 가까워서 다니기 편했고 공항올때도 리무진버스 타는곳이 가까워서좋았어요 다음에 오사카가면 이호텔로 또 갈것같아요~ 심란한 난바보다 훨씬 좋았어요
