Wrong location provided!
Booked this hotel JK Rooms 103 via Hotels.com as I always do and got confirmation and address withocation map. I even sent the hotel a message via Hotels com to let them know of my arrival time the day before arriving. I was due to arrive into Nagpur via train at 14:25pm, however the train was running very late and I arrive at about 10.30pm. got a Auto and using my Google maps we headed of yo the location address, only to find we couldn't find it. Asked at a nearby open shop and a customer there who spoke English very kindly helped out. He took it upon himself to call the hotel number and explained the situation. Long story short, we were then provided with another address near the station to go to. On arriving there, there was a hotel called Hotel JK. Basically they said that there is a "glitch" i. The Google maps system which shows the wrong adress for the hotel, when asked why they didn't contact me, they said they didn't have my contact details. The room itself was satisfactory and clean. They didn't provide toilet paper and even when asked they only provide a packet of table napkins! Although breakfast was included, after the first day I didn't bother for the next 2 days. On checkout which was 11 am, they allowed me to store my bags and later sir in their reception area until late evening to catch my late evening train. If they know there is an issue with the location provided by Google, they really need to sort that out, it is unacceptable for a customer to go to wrong
