All right but there are better options
The hotel is living on old merits. It’s still nice but it’s getting old and doesn’t correspond to the price tag. Water pressure is bad, difficult to set a good temperature in shower, bad ventilation and it’s very easy to hear stuff going on in neighboring rooms like people coming and going, door bells etc. Breakfast is decent, staff is nice and location across from Centraal is good. If I could I’d stay at cheaper options nearby.

Large room, very friendly cleaners, friendly reception, location is nothing less than perfect - a lot of good things I don't want to sound picky, But there was a few elements which caught the eye - on Sundays there is no room service although the information onsite said there was, it is visible that the hotel is a bit worn out, the breakfast room is "well-packed", the safe in the room didn't work, the tea offered in the room was camomile

Freezing room !
AC in our room didn’t work as the weather was below Zero outside. Room was freezing. Reception sent a small heater upon our call and it wasn’t sufficient. We asked for clean cups and mugs , they asked for €6 to bring in !!! We stayed in family room (4 person) but there was only 2 water and 2 slippers ! There was no pen and paper in the room ! This hotel doesn’t deserve 5 stars at all ! I’d never stay here again !
