New and clean in CBD opposite Elizabeth Quay. Nice rooftop bar with a great view.
Second time stay now. But.... You can put skinny pillows on top of each other bet we cant cut your too fat pillows in half. On both stays now we cannot use your pillows. Im sure we are not alone. Management Take the pillow test Take one home and try to get a good nights sleep. Only then will my comments make sense. If you change the size of the pillows let me know, only then, we may stay again.....
The hotel staff where friendly, the room was comfortable and well set out - there was HAIR all over the bathroom, someone else’s putrid dirty hair.
The location was excellent - close to transport and walking distance to major attractions. The room would have been small for more than one person.
Modern, newly opened hotel overlooking Elizabeth Quay. Excellent location! Very close to all transport links and also the main shopping area in Perth. We stayed in the Quay Loft room. Very nicely decorated with plenty of space. A huge bathroom! We ate breakfast at the hotel. Nice atmosphere and delicious food! We would definitely look to stay here on our next visit to Perth!!
Amazing location! The hotel condition and cleanliness was impeccable, beautiful decor. The rooms were very small and the bed was extremely uncomfortable. Our room backed onto the carpark which meant there was constant noise all night.
A fun night out with my wife. Great location. The bar on the top floor is a great start to your evening.
Lovely stay. Spent the night here with my fiance for my birthday on New Years day. Room and bathroom was so spacious. In the city which makes it close to everywhere to walk around and eat. Will definitely come back again.
The Quay is brilliantly located. The rooms are comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful. Ammenities are good.
Property is in a good location Staff were friendly However if u want us to b eco friendly and not ask to change our bath towels everyday then give us somewhere to hang them to dry Room requires night light ie you can’t go to bathroom without bathroom light going directly in to bedroom A/C did not work
