Friendly and efficient staff. Room was on the top floor evidence of a leaky roof at one time can see patched spots on ceiling. Very cold in room on arrival but once heater on warmed up nicely. Bathroom could have been cleaner. Overall not bad I’ve stayed at worst places

Séjour de 3 nuits en famille autour des chutes du Niagara au début du mois de novembre. Le prix est dur à battre à ce moment de l'année. Très près du quartier touristique Clifton Hill. Arrêt de l'autobus WeGo (blue line) à l'hôtel. À distance de marche (7-10 min) de la Niagara River Parkway. Belle grandeur de chambre, propre, lit confortable. Salle de bain vieillot, mais grande et équipement fonctionne très bien. Le prix est dur à battre à ce moment de l'année. Le stationnement est payant à 20 $ par nuit. Baskin Robin, Pizza Hut express et Chickn'Wich à même l'hôtel ouvert à partir de 17 h. Restaurant Denny's à côté (j'ai pas aimé...) J'aurai aimé que l'hôtel offre le petit déjeuner continental gratuit et du café, thé et eau gratuitement dans le lobby.

Comfortable & affordable, near the fun!
We were very happy with our stay here! Just a short walk to all of the fun things to do on Clifton Hill, when we weren't enjoying our time in our heart-shaped hot tub in our room. Nice pool and whirlpool spa near the fitness room too. Was especially impressed by the friendly front desk staff. Will stay here again.
