This property did not honour the booking. I called the day before check in to confirm details and was told I had no booking and that Expedia didn’t call them. We found ourselves on Christmas eve away from home and without accommodation. The only response from the property representative was that she felt sorry for me but no responsibility was taken or offer to help.
