The staffs always so kind, it’s safe, clean and very comfortable. My two toddlers are always very happy when we come to the Waterloo inn. So if you are by yourself or have children it’s a great place to check out feels like a second home.

They're my friends they're my family they treat you good as long as you keep your room clean they have no problem they took care of me and I appreciate them for everything they did for me I felt like I was at home when I was there and I will miss him

The staff was amazing very kind and friendly! The room was clean and spacious! I'm a very happy customer, I was pleasantly surprised after having a horrible experience and the budget in and suites the Waterloo inn was a breath of fresh air, highly recommend!
