A wonderful stay

We had the most wonderful stay here. It was my husband's birthday and the hotel acknowledged this perfectly with little treats. The room was perfectly clean and a great size for our family of four. All the staff were extremely helpful and very friendly. The location is excellent for getting around and seeing all the sights with Gloucester Road tube station across the road. We would definitely recommend the hotel.

Family trip to London

We stayed here for two nights and the hotel is modern and clean. The room was comfortable and a decent size for us and our toddler to stay in. Amenities were what you would expect for the room (kettle, coffee/tea and toiletries). The staff were incredibly lovely and went above and beyond to make my daughter feel included. For any light sleepers I would keep in mind that if you have a room at the front of the hotel the road can be quite noisy, but this didn’t impact my trip in a negative.

Good hotel in London. Rooms not too big, beds a little small (140cm), but very near to Gloucester station which will take you direct to the airport and the most interesting places in London. There is a supermarket nearby.

Absolute god send. We booked another hotel which was very dirty and didn’t feel safe so we moved to this hotel. As soon as we walked it it felt safe and secure, super clean and cared for. Reception staff were amazing and we got a free cookie on checkin. Room was a great size and clean. Beds are firm but comfortable great after a day of walking. Location is brilliant opposite a tube station and near the shop

The location and price for this hotel was great. You have a tube stop right across the street, Hyde park, two museums and great shopping all within walking distance. The road noise can be a little loud sometimes, so if you can get a room on a higher floor you might be better off. We also ate dinner 1 night at the Secret Garden restaurant in a dome. That was pretty cool and the food was pretty good. Fun experience

The room was perfect for our family. The food was pretty good too. However he had a very cold beef dish on a cold plate when it stated it would be served on a hot plate. They did warm it up and didn’t even bring a fresh one or remove it from the bill. But I suppose that was a restaurant issue really.
