Petty People Don't Deserve Future Business
I reserved a king bed room and was put in a queen size room. We checked in late since we had to travel after work on a week night and the front desk closes at 10 pm so I couldn't go speak to anyone once I noticed the issue and we were only staying one night. Further, it was in the single digits outside, my wife is an Oncology patient at BJC and we were put in the absolute furthest unit from any parking spaces on their property. If the hotel was full, it would have been understandable, but there were less than ten vehicles in the entire lot that night. The fact that it's the wrong room and as far away as possible feels less like a mistake and more like an intentionally petty act by someone who didn't want to have to work so late even though they were still open and on the clock. We will never stay here again and will encourage everyone we know to find other lodging accommodations.

The front lobby door was locked and nobody was at the reception desk when we arrived at 5:30 pm. There was another couple waiting and ringing the bell to get in. The front desk clerk finally let us in after we waited a good 5-10 minutes in the vestibule. He didn’t apologize for making us wait and the smell of marijuana was in the air. I won’t stay here again

The property states it has a fully equipped kitchen, but there were only two plates (in dishwasher), 2 knives but no other tableware, no drinking glasses or cups, no coffee cups, no hair dryer. Outside the room in the open walkway was a pile of were linens that had been stripped from a room and a number of bags of garbage; around the corner of the walkway but also in public view wads another bag of spilled garbage. The room itself was clean and the bed well made, but the overall impression was poor. Would not stay there again.

The property is under renovation. The rooms are fine. But The shower is tiny. The bed is hard. And they put a kids party directly upstairs from me. But the parking is convenient and the rooms are pretty big. I'm on the fence about it.

The toilet was clogged and my husband put his bare hand in and pulled out a huge wad of paper towels. I have no idea whats going on with the plumbing but it sounded like a train. We got woken up at 7 am but the loudest clashing and clanking from the vents and ceiling. Not sure id there was construction but it was Sunday morning. We wantwd to connect to YouTube or Netflix but the TV wasnt connected to the internet. Sad because it is a great location.

The room wreaked of cigarette smoke. Three were booked, with one needing the sofa bed, but no bedding was left. 8.40am Saturday morning the gardening people were trimming bushes and edges and blew grass cuttings straight at us as we left the room and again when we re-entered.
