Petty People Don't Deserve Future Business
I reserved a king bed room and was put in a queen size room. We checked in late since we had to travel after work on a week night and the front desk closes at 10 pm so I couldn't go speak to anyone once I noticed the issue and we were only staying one night. Further, it was in the single digits outside, my wife is an Oncology patient at BJC and we were put in the absolute furthest unit from any parking spaces on their property. If the hotel was full, it would have been understandable, but there were less than ten vehicles in the entire lot that night. The fact that it's the wrong room and as far away as possible feels less like a mistake and more like an intentionally petty act by someone who didn't want to have to work so late even though they were still open and on the clock. We will never stay here again and will encourage everyone we know to find other lodging accommodations.
