Expensive but worth the peace of mind as it’s a stop on the Airport Limousine Bus. Staff is helpful and made luggage forwarding easy. Breakfast lounge on one of the top floors was included in our stay and that was delicious. We also enjoyed the floor with panoramic views. It’s not in a particularly busy part of the city so it took about 10 min to walk to Shinjuku station every time but it was not a deal breaker for us as we are used to traveling by foot to the transit when we visit Japan.

Great hotel, great location, great staff. Nothing negative about it. It has a Seven Eleven too. You may think this is a joke, but in Japan is like having a very low price Whole Foods right at hand. There are also very high end stores in the hotel, a piano bar with great cocktails etc

One of the fewer hotels where you can take the bus to both airports. Friendly reminder that you can use your credit card to buy the ticket on the bus website. Oh, another thing: two free luggage PER TICKET regardless the size of the luggage. Back to the topic, we got the south tower which was supposed to be newer? I guess. The hotel is well maintained. Most staff speak English well. Room was spacious and clean. Staff was professional and helpful. A lot shops nearby where you can practically get anything you normally would like to get in Japan. However, do not expect anything high tech other than the toilet seat. Otherwise, fantastic hotel with great location and great staff.

Excellent hotel. Great service. Very useful amenities specially the lounge on 47th floor was great to relax. We also tried the Sushi and Tempura restaurant which weee fantastic. helpful staff except one individual at concierge who seemed rude to my wife but overall all other staff were very helpful. Concierge also helped me book restaurant reservations. Great hotel…highly recommend it.
