It was great. Staff being able to have your luggage transferred to another hotel from this hotel was a blessing. The cocktail and tea lounge was awesome. The food was delicious as were the specialty drinks. Wish we had eaten there more often.

We had an excellent experience at Keio Plaza. We travelled as a family of four, with children aged 8 and 5. The room was really nice and clean, and with ample space. The location in Shinjuku is excellent, and was a great base from which we did most of our Tokyo touring. Close walk to key train stations and also for great places to eat at night. Highly recommend.

We had a problem with a leaking toilet after the third night and we were moved to another room immediately. The staff were really good. The location of the hotel was fantastic. Really close to the subway and an easy walk to Shinjuku station. The dining options just outside the hotel were really convenient. The weather was wet so having dining options close by was important. The Tokyo night light show was directly opposite our first room….spectacular.

8/10 Very good

The hotel was very fancy to me. Property was clean, rooms were spacious and the bathroom was clean. The amenities were amazing in the bathroom. Only problem in the room was the tv. Couldn’t stream apps such an Netflix and most channels were in Japanese. Restaurants were decent. And there is a 7-11 in the hotel that we used a lot. Staff were fairly helpful but we had issues getting recommendations for nearby restaurants from the concierge. There is a self laundry but you can only use 100 coins or phone payment apps. Not your physical credit card

10/10 Exceptional

Expensive but worth the peace of mind as it’s a stop on the Airport Limousine Bus. Staff is helpful and made luggage forwarding easy. Breakfast lounge on one of the top floors was included in our stay and that was delicious. We also enjoyed the floor with panoramic views. It’s not in a particularly busy part of the city so it took about 10 min to walk to Shinjuku station every time but it was not a deal breaker for us as we are used to traveling by foot to the transit when we visit Japan.
