Very comfortable and clean for a stay in Lancers. Excellent value and very well placed for the town and local amenities.

Well situated for the town but Music Festival went on until the early hours & could be heard in the room so not much sleep, would have joined in the festival but had a long drive the next day. Fire Alarm went off & nobody seemed to know what to do - no guidance from staff, people continued just eating breakfast.
