We stayed at villa with two bed rooms. There are plenty of space for two adults and two children( 11 years and 13 years). We really enjoyed private pool and also main pool. Hotel staff are very kind, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing. There were so many choices and food were very yummy. My husband and I had 60 mins traditional body massage at hotel spa. The therapists were amazing.

I am coeliac and the hotel kitchens took an extra special care to make sure there was a separate prep area for my food. Moreover they were happy to prepare non buffet meals for my breakfast. Kim and Thy were both very helpful on the concierge desk.

Our Favourite Hotel Villa Ever

We booked the 2 bedroom garden villa. While it was the smallest on offer, it has well surpassed all our expectations. The service, serenity and facilities were all top notch. The service staff remembered all our names and trips which weren't organised through the hotel! The restaurants, pools and beach felt all so private. We thoroughly enjoyed the service at the spa - and as an added bonus - the jacuzzi and steam bath are complimentary. Room service was the fastest I have experienced too! My son loved it so much, he calls it his favourite place ever and wishes our home was just like this.

Amazing Resort and Staff

This resort is the absolute BEST!! The villa, amenities, etc. are world class but the best part of all is the staff. They are beyond amazing. I have too many stories that I don’t have enough room to tell here about how the staff went above and beyond in all situations. Alex and Chris especially were just incredible. Could not believe how much they showed that everyone truly cared about our stay and making it special. The beach was so beautiful and perfect. We traveled with four kids under the age of 10 and they all had the best time. We will be going back for sure. Thank you for the best stay!!

Blew our mind

I never would’ve expected that a non international establishment to have such high standards. The Villa we stayed was fabulous, the front desk was prompt, the buggy service was efficient and very friendly. However, language is an issue, the hotel staff struggles with English language, but then again, they are extremely patient and accommodating, so it’s still great in the end! :)

3泊しました！ お部屋は広くてすごく綺麗。プライベートプール付きだったので、未就学の子どもと一緒でも安心して遊べて、本当にありがたかったです。部屋でゆっくり過ごす時間も楽しめました。 スタッフさんもみんな優しくて、対応が早い！ちょっとした質問にも丁寧に答えてくれて、現地のおすすめまで教えてくれました。サポートのおかげで、初めての滞在でも不安なく過ごせました。 食事は朝食を3回、夕食を1回利用。種類が多くて、インターナショナルなメニューも現地っぽい料理も揃っていて飽きませんでした。子どもも食べられるものが多くて助かりました。 ちょっと残念だったのは、宿泊客に韓国の方が多かったこと。ホテル側の問題じゃないけど、マナーを守らない人も少しいて気になりました。そのせいか食事も少し韓国風寄りで、もう少し現地らしさがあれば嬉しいかなと思いました。あと、キッズルームのプログラムが時間で固定されていて、もっと自由に選べたらいいのに…と感じました。 とはいえ、全体的に大満足！子連れ旅行には本当におすすめできるホテルです。次回またこの地域に来たら、ぜひ泊まりたいと思います。

This was a fantastic stay overall. The staff were amazing and were very attentive. My daughter loved the kids club. The hotel was fantastic but the villas are a little tired and the pool area needs attention. The breakfast was delicious and lots to choose from. Would definitely recommend.
