Just ok.
Our stay was not quite desirable.
After check in, we went to the room we were assigned and the key didn’t work. We went to the front desk and they gave us a new card… still didn’t work. When we went back again I told the woman that I thought maybe someone was in that room because we could hear voices. She insisted it was empty and told us to meet a maintenance worker at the room.
The maintenance worker immediately started unscrewing the lock (without ever knocking on the door). A minute or so into the process a guest opened the door (so the room was occupied!)
Our room was also not cleaned for 2 days even after letting the front desk know we need to have shampoo/conditioner refilled. He insisted it’d be topped off when our room was cleaned that day. When we came back that night our room still hadn’t been cleaned.
The third day it was finally cleaned and restocked, but presumably because we fussed a bit the previous night.
The room was nice. The pool was nice enough. Breakfast was decent.
Customer service could be better.
