It was very tired and neglected and there wasn’t a wash basin in the toilet. Also the door had no handles to pull it shut. When able to shut it there was a gap of approximately 3 cm left so no privacy

Stoney Park, Is unexpectedly great. Reasonably priced, well equipped and beautiful maintained. The park offers many fun activities and is only a small drive to many of Port Macquarie attractions. Will definitely be coming back to enjoy this place soon.

Comfortable
Good layover location. Communication was excellent as we were commuting between Sydney and Brisbane and arrived late. Lake water was warm, it was a shame the kids couldnt experience the water park as they were up early but park doesnt open until 10am. Very little food options in area, definitely recommend bringing food for breakfast.

The property is what you get for the price. The area is nice but the cleanliness wasn’t very good. There was a bit of dog hair on the couch when we arrived, there were cobwebs that had baby spiders on the ceiling, and the electric pan that they gave us didn’t work.

I booked Stoney Park studio cabin for 2 weeks for uni student placement in Port Macquarie. It was easy to book, any email enquiries prior to arriving were clearly and promptly responded to. Check in was easy and i absolutely loved the cabin. Had everything i needed and super cozy and was only 20 mins drive to my Port. Would highly recommend.

We stayed only one night while travelling but would happily come back and stay for a week. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The Villa was a great size for our family. It was clean and comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. If I had to find an issue, it would be the fridge door opens the wrong way. Overall it was a great stay, we will be back.

The cabins were immaculate having been repaired after flooding earlier in the year. The grounds were in fantastic condition. The lady in reception was absolutely lovely and the water park was fantastic. We will definitely be returning.

This is the perfect location for an overnight stop over whilst travelling as it’s not far off the highway. The cabin was right on the lake foreshore. PERFECT for anyone wanting to use the Aqua Park. It was clean and tidy and overall for the price was very good value for money. I will note, there is no wifi in the cabins, only wifi on the verandah at reception. Not a big deal for us but if you are staying for a longer period of time that might be something you need to plan for. We would definitely stop there again if necessary and would love to come back and visit once our kids are over 6 so they can use the aqua park.
