Hotel location was very convenient to the Shibuya Train Station, Shibuya Scramble, excellent restaurants and shops. Most of the staff were friendly. We did encounter a couple male staff receptionists at checkout who weren't very friendly and didn't appear to enjoy their job. The hotel had a small lounge area with a table that could seat up to 5 guests. The 2 leather sofa chairs should be replaced as its sunken. There was a self-service complimentary coffee which was nice. The lounge area could use a microwave so guests don't have to bother the front desk staff. An ice machine would also be nice. The hotel should also clean up a second table in the lounge area so guests can use the table instead of it being used to store boxes. Hotel rooms were on the smaller side. The interior lighting was dim and could be brighter. The rooms could also use some updating. Our room was missing the floor molding. The bathroom was half the size of the room. The shower was excellent.

I got the 1 bedroom but it was way too small, i could barely fit my luggage inside, the refrigerator was not cooling enough, no free TV. I did like the shower and bed was comfortable. Free coffee is also a plus The hotel sits along a steep hill so if you have lots of luggage better be prepared for some excercise.

It's in a very convenient location but the building and room is very run down, I booked a larger room so I can lay out my suitcase easier but the bad placement and use of furniture in the room still made it difficult. The room lighting is also absolutely horrible, so dark you can barely see anything, especially at the bathroom sink. The staff were good, but I would not book again.

Overall it was a good stay. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The only issue I had was that we ended up booking a smoking room as it was all that was available, and it appeared to be quite run down. The bedding and towels and things were all clean, but there was a bit of scuffs and damage to the desks, tables and such. The whole floor smelled of cigarette smoke, but that was to be expected. In the room it was at a minimum. Overall though it was an enjoyable stay.

Hard to find and it’s up at hill. Very hard to find. it needs a lot of work. There is a smell of sigarette even if I booked a non smoking room. Beds are hard and uncomfortable and they look old. I would not suggest to stay at this hotel.

At the time of this writing, construction at the station makes Shibuya Station access a little messier than it might be otherwise, but even then, quite convenient access to one of the most major stations, and of course the station square and immediate area. Hotel entrance can be a little easy to miss due to the front door being a large wall on a revolving pivot and the signage not being necessarily visible when going uphill. Room is as pictured so have care if you might struggle with limited space, but it was plenty for me and well worth it for the location.
