A room with a view
The view is amazing! The internet did not great if you are on a higher floor but the staff is super nice. Our room did not have a fridge (there was a microwave). I wish I had brought instant coffee. It is in a very nice neighborhood so there is nothing close, but my husband walked down to the OXXO and back up the hill. FYI, No shuttle.

En general mi estancia estuvo bien, a secas. Tiene una muy buena ubicación y la vista es magnífica. Las instalaciones requieren mucho mantenimiento. La regadera tiene moho y hay humedad en el techo. El control de la TV no funcionaba bien. Tuve un percance con mi hija de 6 años en el área de recepción, y la actitud de la recepcionista no fue la más comprensiva. Sugiero que modernicen las instalaciones y les den el debido mantenimiento. Esa es su carta de presentación.

The hotel was a bit far from the main tourist attractions, but they have complimentary shuttles that go that way and also have shuttles to other attractions as well from the hotel. The hotel itself was very nice with beautiful views and great rooms for a large family. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be coming back!!!
