The family room we stayed in was uninhabitable for anyone trying to sleep. It’s like you’re staying between Track 1 and Track 2 of Grand Central Station in NYC, like ON THE TRACKS! No air conditioning, so when you attempt to cool your 80 degree room from opening windows, loud street cars with crazy screeching noises and a loud rumble sound reverberate off all the nearby buildings and wake you all night. When we asked if we could switch our room they said every family room faces the street cars.
There was also band aids (like literal band aids) used to cover a broken light fixture by the bedside table.
Also, one of our towels had weird dark spots on it. It looked like mold but the towel felt clean, so not sure what it was.
But
Oh yeah, and then there was a street fight which took place on the middle of the night one evening. That was weird.
Just an outright awful experience. Worst hotel I’ve stayed at since I was like 20 and frequenting youth hostels. God awful.
