Xmas market break
Great long weekend for Xmas markets, convenient location, managed to walk everywhere. Didn't have breakfast there as we like to get out and use the many local bakery and coffee shops

10/10 Exceptional

Hotel is just 2 blocks away from Munchen HBF & is very accessible also to all the trains/ trams & has lots of restaurants/ groceries in the area. Room is very clean & spacious. Bed is comfortable & room has lots of electric sockets to use. The only issue we have, is you can really hear the tram when they pass even at night but I guess, this happens with all places on the tram routes. Overall, I would stay here again since it is clean & very convenient.

2/10 Poor

Room was fine but horrible staff!
The employees were rudest and most unpleasant I have ever encountered in a hotel anywhere. I was yelled at upon arrival and threatened by someone I assumed was from off the street trying to get a tip. The hotel did nothing to intervene. The room was fine but I did not feel safe after that.

6/10 Good

The hotel is very nice and in a good location. However the room was very noisy- it felt like the Tram is inside our room.

10/10 Exceptional

Easy check-in, comfortable, close to Hbf.
Room was very simple and had just what we needed: A bed, bathroom, and a place to relax. We were on a 10 day tour of Germany and were rarely in the room. Check in was easy and hotel staff were very accommodation and were able to answer any questions we had as well as offer suggestions. Being near the Hauptbahnhof was very convenient for our travel schedule. I would stay here again when traveling to Munich.

Easy stay in Munich
We stayed here for 3 nights during Oktoberfest. The location is great, not too far from the station and some good dining options near by as well as a laundromat across the street which was really handy. Check in was good, minded our bags as we were quite early and helpful throughout our stay.

2/10 Poor

The family room we stayed in was uninhabitable for anyone trying to sleep. It’s like you’re staying between Track 1 and Track 2 of Grand Central Station in NYC, like ON THE TRACKS! No air conditioning, so when you attempt to cool your 80 degree room from opening windows, loud street cars with crazy screeching noises and a loud rumble sound reverberate off all the nearby buildings and wake you all night. When we asked if we could switch our room they said every family room faces the street cars. There was also band aids (like literal band aids) used to cover a broken light fixture by the bedside table. Also, one of our towels had weird dark spots on it. It looked like mold but the towel felt clean, so not sure what it was. But Oh yeah, and then there was a street fight which took place on the middle of the night one evening. That was weird. Just an outright awful experience. Worst hotel I’ve stayed at since I was like 20 and frequenting youth hostels. God awful.
