When we checked out after one night we had 3 charges on our credit card, equalling over $800.00. I called the hotel. They said, that’s because you used a third party vendor. The staff was very nice and helpful. The bed was really comfortable. The bathroom had a musty smell that was not great and I think the toilet had a slow leak from the bottom. I mentioned it to the staff in the morning...didnt really effect us.

Great check-in experience!
We were not arriving until 9 pm and really appreciated being able to check-in via phone. We were able to give our $50 credit card hold over the phone, review our room amenities and get our room number. All we had to do was stop at the desk to provide a photo ID and get our keys. It was very convenient.
