Had to sign in online even tho we had a reservation- went through whole process again with clerk standing there. She said it’s their new system that she has no control over. She was nice but check in was a pain. On Orbitz, it Advertised jacuzzi, told it’s broken, not going to be fixed. Room dirty, used a cloth to wipe down counters, handles, etc, and cloth was brown when done. Microwave and coffee pot had old food/coffee in them. Breakfast- no coffee, eggs, biscuits, cold potatoes and meat at 6:30 am (breakfast time 6-9:30). Told the clerk, he ignored and stayed on his phone. Pool water brownish with a rotten egg smell, lots of out of order signs. Could be a really nice place but it deserves 1-2 stars at best.
