The ceiling light too big and too bright for the room. They should install dimmer switch.
Dryer doesn’t work properly. No heating.

We chose this property for the price, and I think depending on your situation, it can be a good spot. I highly recommend having a car as it’s very far out in the residential area and they provide free ample parking. There’s a JR train station about 12 minute walk away, but if you have lots of luggage’s, it’s not a great walk. the rooms itself were fine, and the breakfast was pretty good. Typical Japanese breakfast.

The buffet breakfast was seriously sh*te: a few cold shumei and undercooked sausages. Their wifi also screwed up my computer a bit. Cheap AF though so…what you pay for etc

It was quite spacious for the price. Of course, as a 2 star hotel, I did not expect perfection, but it was well worth the price. The free parking is good for motorists as well. It does not have a good breakfast service but there is a 7-eleven next to it so that is fine.
A good and value for money hotel. Great for those who drive. Location is a little out of way.

Simple, clean, friendly
Only a 10 minute walk from Hamano station. We were first time travellers to Japan. Desk clerk was inviting and helped with our small amount of Japanese language.

Hotel was great! Room fit 3 (double and single bunk, not attached to the double at all though so no disturbance) as planned, was a little tight but no problem for the low price. Location was a little out of the way but easy walking distance from the train station. If I was a regular to the area I would definitely stay again

Pleasant Surprize
I had stayed in a Chisun hotel elsewhere but this was a pleasant surprise. It was 7 years old but appeared new. Free parking and lots of it. Staff was great, good breakfast for 500 yen. Comfortable for this type of hotel. The bathroom was spacious compared to business hotels. My 3 friends all liked it as well.

Location could be better
Hotel room was a bit too small and location was a bit too way off from the railway station for 1st time travellers. But staff as friendly although can't speak english. Situated in a residential area was nice as it allows me to see another side of Tokyo

Very Peaceful
The double bed takes up most of the space in the room, but that's all that's needed for an overnight stay. Very clean. The hotel is situated back from the main road and is flanked by a residential zone, so it's very quiet. The metro/subway is a quick 5 minute walk and has service to downtown Chiba every 15 mins, where you can transfer to an express line to Narita Airport that runs every hour (during business hours). The transfer station contains parallel tracks and platforms, accessible by passages under the tracks, so there's no rush to change platforms for the transfer. The hotel does not have WiFi but each room has a LAN port. They included a short LAN cable that would allow use on the table but not enough to stretch to the bed. I suggest bringing your own lan cable (5 feet or longer) if you want to go online from bed. Internet speed was awesome at 20+ mbit up and down. Hotel was mostly empty during my stay. Japan uses only 2 prong power sockets so the US 3 prong plugs won't fit. It will fit into their narrow extension cords, as the 3rd prong (ground) is left exposed, and unused. This is *mostly* safe as long as you don't touch it to metal or yourself. The minifridge can be unplugged from its extension cord and have your laptop plugged into it, if your laptop charger uses the 3 prong charger. The standard 2 prong chargers work fine without any adapters.
