The Picasso is a Jewel for the price. The Salcedo neighborhood is just a paradise for an urban lover from the US. Safe! Affordable Upscale Restaurants by the dozens in every direction. The hotel is Decorated with art and is lovely. It’s only 9 floors so it’s cozy and comfortable. It’s a 15 min walk to the Top Malls but why do that when a Ride Share is <$3 to get there!

Overall, loved the room, very big so our family has lots of space to move around. Service is excellent, from front desk to utility, to the porters and guards. Just one thing to improve: lighting. Our suite was quite dark especially in the cooking as area.

The only (yet minor) "inconvenience" I experienced was the breakfast time - most places would serve breakfast from 6 or 6:30am but here in The Piccaso Boutique Serviced Residences, breakfast is served from 7am. In my case, sometimes I have to leave for a customer visit before 7am, and it was such a shame that I had to miss a chance for the breakfast here because it tastes so good.
