Worst hotel, not good in handling emergencies
Worst hotel I have ever stayed. Customer service was terrible, asking help in times of emergency is very poor. Maintenance doesn’t know what they’re doing. Door locks are in bad shape. Front desk only treat you better if you are with foreigners. Maintenance staff is just chilling walking in the hallway even someone was locked out inside the room and blame you when they can’t fixed the problem. And they just want to offer a free food after an intense, anxious while they just opening the door that takes 1 hour while my daughter is inside an not answering or opening the door.

There were two of us but there were no wash clothes. Hotels.com showed free slippers but there were none. The safe in the room did not work. The hair dryer did not work. The soap holder in shower was rusted. The staff however was efficient and polite. The breakfast was wonderful. Prices for the food are more than other hotels in this price range. Four dollars for a small can of coke is outrageous.

Showing its age but good location
Unfortunately, the only nice thing i can say about the hotel is that it is in a good location, close to shopping malls and the Airport. The hotel is quite old and showing its age with very little updating done. The rooms are quite large as well. The restaurant staff are very unfriendly and rushes you out if its close to the restaurant closing hours. Breakfast starts from 7am to 10:30am. I went for breakfast at 10:05am and i was warned that they are just about to close. There was very little food left and i asked for some eggs and they said no, they are closed, so all i had was bread and potatoes. At 10:18am another couple came in and they were turned away and not allowed to enter. Lastly, i ordered room service and ordered there beer special which was supposed to be 600php, they charge me almost 1200php. Also ordered some candy bars and they were old stale and already turning white. I complained to management, and you can tell he did not care and went in one ear and out the other.
