OK for skiing
Room was very warm and blackout curtains did not do their jobs properly : it seems the hotel is optimized for winter sports. Sauna was closed and usage of the pools - which is the reason we booked - were an extra SEK 250 per person. That should have been clearly indicated on the reservation page.

Nice breakfast and food in restaurant. Wonderful pool area. Room had good size but renovation is needed. Area outside of hotel is not good at all. Ice like a skating rink and we talked to reception but no action., people fell and hurt them selves a disaster. Very young staff and some of them were sleepy and no client focus. This is a overall proplem with young people. The chef in kitchen very professional.

I definitely recommend the hotel. It s just across the train station and it s connected with it ! You ve got everything you need! Friendly staff, pool with sauna , jacuzzi and even a water slide ! Rooms are specious and the slope is across the street! Very nice !!!

Väldigt trevlig personal, bra läge och bra service. Men. Stället börjar bli slitet. Från att ha varit nytt, fräscht och modernt för ett gäng år sen så har det gått ner sig. Det känns som att man har sparat för mycket på underhåll senaste åren. Märkbart slitna rum och korridorer med trasiga lister och slitage på ytor. Spa och pool är väldigt slitet med många trasiga duschar, bastu, lampor, effekter mm. Mycket som skulle kunna lösas rätt enkelt med bättre underhåll och en förvaltare som bryr sig. Hur svårt är det att byta en glödlampa eller dra om elen eller ta bort saker som börjat rosta? Mycket detaljer som tyvärr drar ner potentialen och helheten. Frukosten är inget speciellt och det mesta känns färdigt från fabrik. Får ni boendet för en bra peng så kör, annars inte.

Julfirande
Stort hotell med bra och mysiga rum. Börjar bli lite slitet men fortfarande helt ok. Plus för den stora bad/bastu avdelningen som tyvärr bara ingår om man bokar direkt med hotellet, annars är det tillägg. Frukosten har det man förväntar sig men inte mer. Totalt sett ett perfekt boende om man vill semestra i Åre.
