This hotel is very overrated. Our room smelled like straight up sewage. Went to talk to the front desk, the employee wasn’t helpful at all and was clearly annoyed. All they could offer was to waive one nights resort fee of $50. I asked to switch rooms, she said they didn’t have any available and she wouldn’t know when/if they would. The restaurants are all packed, with huge lines. It was nearly impossible to get in anywhere, we ended up going to a different hotel for dinner. Will not stay here again.

Stay was very good, hotel is nicely setup, good bar, and excellent room. The view was phenomenal. I was surprised by the price of in-room water bottle, so will recommend you check price or bring your own. That's the reason for my 4 star rating otherwise, a 5.

I will never book a reservation with this hotel again.. charged 26.00 for a bottle of water from the room (isn’t that called price gouging) no coffee machine waited 40 minutes for check in trying to leave daily out of the parking garage was a nightmare ..I’ll never do that again …

Front desk not professional, we had a problem during check in and check out!!! She charged us not based on hotel.com receipt. During check out we found out that she put self parking instead of valet!!! So we ended up had to pay at the machine by ourself!! Which was OK, but we had to do it by ourself, why she even asked us self of valet????
