The room was TINY. We booked the twin room, when we got there the beds were pushed together and there wasn’t any room to push them apart. The staff very kindly helped us and moved stuff around to separate the beds which required things like remove the chair from the room and place the nightstand in a different spot. I couldn’t understand why they didn’t just arrange it that way before we came since that’s what we ordered. Also the bathroom door is pretty much see through- definitely something to consider if you’re with friends or family. On the plus side the staff is very kind and the area is great!

Fantastic Hotel in Heart of Asakusa
Absolutely fantastic hotel right in the heart of Asakusa. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, hotel was spotless and tasteful - the whole experience was fantastic. Senso-ji is an 8 minute walk away and so is Asakusa Station if you’re heading to Nikko. Cannot recommend highly enough.

I went to Tokyo for the first time and stayed here. Loved the quiet and clean lounge and the complimentary tea was excellent. It is also close to many shops and restaurants (there is a nearby shopping plaza with tons of cool gifts and souvenirs; it reminded me of Insa-dong in Seoul, Korea), public transportation, and Senso-ji Temple. Would definitely stay again.

Great hotel with amazing location
Amazing location with tons of places for cheap eats. The hotel is very clean and staff is very professional and friendly. We loved the 2nd floor lounge where we filled our bottle with hot and cold water and ice in the evening and before heading out for the day. The vendor machine is also very handy. This hotel is close to 7-11 and Lawson and a super market (all with 3 min of walk). It is so handy because we have 2 small kids and they always want to eat something. The only downside is the bed is a bit small for a family of 4. It’s two twin beds. I had to combine the 2 beds into one big bed for the 4 of us to sleep comfortably. Otherwise you may fall off the tiny bed.
