the location is very inconvenient for public transportation. The elevator and hallways are dingy feeling and not clean. The room had a musky smell and looks into construction site. The staff is also very limited as their check in experience is supposed to be automated. It’s really limited and they won’t help with anything. We booked for two nights and tried cancelling the second night immediately upon seeing the property but the manager insisted on not helping us. Expedia also tried to intervene and ask for help but the management refused. Overall terrible experience. if you want to risk booking here, definitely do not choose their prepay option as this means Expedia can’t help you. Stay away from this disappointing hotel.
