Lady at the desk was very friendly and helpful. Dinner was very good. The room was very cold. Person working during breakfast was visiting with another person instead asking what we would like for breakfast. My husband actually had to go up to him with the coffee pot to get more coffee.

Lovely hotel set in beautiful surroundings.
Friendly staff but not good service in the restaurant. We were left for 20 minutes with nothing to drink and no sign of a wine menu. An American family next to us had the same experience. It seemed the Spanish guests were getting preferential treatment.
Tea and coffee in the rooms would be nice as well, something other Parador hotels offer.

Beautifully located, the Parador itself was rather mundane, and the staff wasn't particularly inviting.

A good hotel in a magnificent location. Without moving from the hotel itself you can see the grandeur of nature.
The only minor criticism is that the size of the portions in the restaurant (particularly the starters) was unnecessarily large.

Fantastic location...complete peace
Beautiful spot with usual Parador comfort and service. Wonderful mountain views. Spotlessly clean and good though pricey restaurant.

The views are amazing - in a sunny day. . A very special place to stay.
Staff were helpful, but seemed quite untrained, as if they were trainees. Pleasent though.

The Bielsa parador is in a wonderful peaceful location with many walks available from the hotel. Its public areas, particularly the stunning views from the terrace and guest lounge are wonderful. Food both in the bar and restaurant very good and reasonably priced. On the downside, the bedrooms are small and bathrooms dated. Breakfast service was a hit and miss affair with poor table clearing and top up of buffet on 2 of our 5 mornings.

Wonderful classic mountain hotel
Hotel is beautiful, classic place in a fantastic location for hiking. Great mountain. Food very good. Some of the waitstaff not entirely with it.
The parador is in a beautiful mountain valley, with beautiful views of cliffs, waterfalls and river. Numerous hiking trails lead up into spectacular high country.
The parador itself is attractive and comfortable, but service leaves a lot to be desired, especially in the bar and restaurant. And they could do a much better job informing guests about the local hikes.

Elegant mountain lodge
Elegant mountain lodge typical of the high standards of Paradores. Little difficult to find place but certainly worth the trip.

Location To Pine For
Beautifully placed Hotel, set amidst spectacular mountain panarama at head of Valle de Pineta. Perfect for walks of varied levels to waterfalls and high plateaus - all within easy reach of hotel. Excellent class of service and overall level of accommodation. Highly recommended for a quiet stay - or for an energetic yomp in the hills.

First class
First class hotel in wonderful surroundings, vista's fantastic.
Everything was good including service and food.
Only problem was the bad smell from the room toilet after flushing. It also occurred after room next doors toilet was used.
Apart from that excellent.

Pyrenean paradise
. We travelled from Madrid to London by car, and this made a good overnight stop - to be honest, I thought that it would be really swanky as it is one of the hellishly expensive Spanish Parador, but it was more like a hikers hostel than a five star hotel. Useful to note that the rooms are easily big enough to accommodate an extra bed so three per room would be ok. Excelent location - stunning position in between waterfall festooned mountains. Road is very good and signposts excellent - . Nice walks from the hotel through forest trails and alongside babbling brooks
