Pictures make it look better thank it really is
Photos are deceiving and make this hotel look like the pools and ground are big and stunning. Reality is the pools are small, scabby and run down, and very overcrowded. The rooms are nice, and interior of hotel is nice but the outside pool areas are terrible!!! Overlooked, not always getting sun and very run down. 30 minute walk to town, there are much better hotels closer to town!

A Pleasant Place to Relax (or Party if you want to
A very nice place to stay. Designed to accommodate large crowds, and it does so in a very good way. Breakfast area can be crowded with all the charter bus tours using this hotel.

Dont book if wheelchair user
I requested a wheelchair accessible room with a shower I was put on the top floor in a room that I couldnt get my wheelchair passed the bed in the room I asked to be moved and wqs moved to a room on 1st floor that still couldn't get my wheelchair passed the bed no disabled shower so lived for 2 weeks struggling even though there are rooms in this hotel that I have stayed in before that could of been better suited staff were unhelpful on the 2nd week i discovered that i could get a pass key card to use the disabled toilet in the bar after helpful bar staff told me I asked at reception why this wasnt given in the 1st place and they just shugged and said nothing this hotel is not one for wheelchair users

It was ok, stuff is working really hard, the hotel is clean and nice. They need to update the drinks menu - it’s 2020 they are not serving mojitos yet. And the breakfast 8.45 -9.30 is a big miss, imagine amount of people tryin to eat within 45 min all together.
