Very disappointed in this weekend at the Jet. Soon as we walked into the room we noticed the bolt on the door was hanging off. We called down to the front desk, and were told to contact Expedia the property couldnt do much beforehand. We started noticing more...literal shoe prints on our bed. The tv in front room didnt work. We contacted & were told we would receive a call from front desk...we didnt. Later the jet tub knob popped off into my hand, luckily we got it to attach back. We contacted front desk about this also...we didn't understand what Expedia was supposed to do being that we were on the property and in our room. They again told us before doing anything contact Expedia. We again did. We were told by an Expedia rep, they had spoken with the hotel and our issues would be resolved. They were not. We reached out again and were told the property was not answering calls. We made the best of it...fast forward to the next day, we finally get a call in mid afternoon from an employee by the name VERA. She immediately starts to blame Expedia, and telling us they had terrible communication skills. That the person she spoke with couldn't even explain our issues, and that her boss wasnt here till Monday. We were then told by VERA, she would call us back and send someone up at least with new sheets. It is now 5pm and someone brings sheets...nothing else was fixed not even tv. The next day Expedia tells us VERA told them we never spoke to her ...we couldn't believe it, never aga.
