This hotel is a gem. Staff very friendly and helpful. Location is excellent. Bed is very comfortable. Pool is nice & enjoyed by many guests, Best buffet breakfast I experienced in Vietnam. Nice selection of food & chef to cook eggs to order. Can enjoy breakfast either inside restaurant, outside under cover or outside tables on grass. Extremely enjoyable.

This hotel combines the charm of the past with modern amenities. Our suite included a living room where we hosted the rest of the family for a glass of wine. Breakfast (you can take in the garden, if you wish) is excellent and the staff is very efficient and helpful. Superb pool. Hoi An is an amazing city. The ride on the river with lanterns is fun. My wife and my son had some handmade dresses andcostume, respectively.

Very central location just outside of the old town. Everywhere we needed to go was accessible by walking but if you needed a bike the hotel would provide for free. It was very quiet and the room was clean and comfortable. Very good price for our stay.

Hotel is within walking distance and very close to the Historic area. All the hotel staff (reception, breakfast area, bellman, housekeeping) were super friendly and accommodating. Attended the free pottery class too. The full body Vietnamese massage at the in-house spa was good too. Breakfast spread had everything, including some Vietnamese staples. Guest room was very clean and well kept. Great value for the price I paid!

The hotel is located right next to Hoi An’s Old Town, making it a very convenient place to stay for sightseeing. I booked a superior room with a garden view, but it did not actually have a garden view, and the view was not very good. While it doesn't have a luxurious feel, it’s a good hotel if you’re choosing based on its location next to the Old Town.

Nice pool area, although we couldn’t use it due to the weather. We had a ground floor room which was large but a little tired. The hotel is only a few minutes walk from the historic old town centre and many restaurants. Good choices for breakfast, although no orange juice.

The property has lovely grounds and they are all very well kept. The breakfast had lots of choice but on one morning the were many more people than seats. The room we had was spacious and comfortable but a bit dated. The balcony was a bit of a disappointment,quite narrow with only 2 wooden upright chairs, no cushions or table.

A beautiful hotel in a highly convenient location within walking distances to the historic quarter. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast area is really pleasant and so is the pool area. Our room was spacious and comfortable but I had issues with the bathroom. I think the hotel could benefit from an update in their bathrooms. The hand towel rail was installed in an awkward place and it had also fallen off within minutes of me using the wash basin. There was no shaving mirror even though I can see holes in the wall for it that has been filled in. One could have existed previously. The height and tilt of the shower cannot be adjusted and so water was spraying over my head to the back of the bath tub which then run down the side and flood the bathroom floor. I had to make several complaints to the reception before something was actually done. The maintenance man came and had the cheek to tell me that I have to hold the shower head to wash! Eventually, a gadget was installed on the shower head which enabled the tilt of the shower to be adjusted. Apart from that, we had a lovely stay.

Nice hotel

The hotel and staff were very nice. Breakfast is served indoors or on a spacious patio. Plenty to choose from including an egg station, lots of fresh fruits and Asian options. There is a lovely pool with lots of sun beds but the weather was too cool during our stay and we didn’t make use of it. The only negative for us was that we were given a pool view room right above the pool bar/ restaurant that is open until 11 pm. We had been up since 4 am due to our flight in and desperately wanted an early night but a bus tour group were partying loudly at the bar. We asked for a room change and fortunately they were able to move us. There are plenty of tailors on the street if you would like to get a suit, dress, etc. made, takes just 2-3 days depending what you order.
