Absolutely disappointed I am really annoyed on Expedia who misled me by selling a1* hotel for 4* hotel. the hotel could only define its self as 2* but I was sold as 4* specially after spending hours on the phone explaining that I am going with my 2kids I need a good hotel. catastrophic hotel, staff with miserable reception, we left it just after doing our check in, especially after 2 minutes according to the quality of the baby beds, elevator does not operational, we took more than 1h45 minutes to get the key of the room, etc. finally we left it without paying anything
