Hotel is very conveniently connected to the train station. Staff is super helpful and nice. Room is very small but very clean . Breakfast buffet is excellent and offers an omelette station and of course western and Japanese foods. It is a great base from which to travel to both Naoshima and to hiroshima by bullet train . Great staff, comfortable stay.
Check-in was very easy. The staff was very friendly, attentive and spoke very good English which was nice. Stayed in a non-smoking queen with lounge access, room was above average for typical Japanese size hotel room. The 17th floor and room was showing a little bit of wear specifically the carpeting in both. Lounge staff was very nice. Super convenient to Okayama station and plenty of food options near by.
