Bad stay.
Bad stay for anyone with a slight disability. Concrete narrow steps everywhere no inside tables for winter breakfasts. No easy way to the beach, just more concrete steps. No room service after 10am. Only one safety bar in shower. No poolside service. Not a resort by any means.

Best Stay Ever
Took our office staff for a weekend getaway, the hotel is in perfect location, close to all you need in Carlsbad. I’ll age, many restaurants, flat and clean Carlsbad Walk, free bikes to use and clean as it can be, simple but tasteful breakfast, I would highly highly recommend to family and couples. Pool is warm an tons of ocean view and surf.

This is one of my best travel experiences, love this place so much! Kindness staffs, lovely plants and the wonderful ocean view makes my family super happy and satisfied. The breakfast is awesome too, not like the traditional American breakfast, it’s made by fresh fruit and bakeries, no bacon or sausage. The only thing not meet my expectation is no microwave in the room, but it’s okay for my family this time. Overall, the best experience and highly recommended!
