Not Impressed
This hotel is in a safe part of town and is relatively close to some good food and drink spots in Anchorage. Our check-in process was not good. We arrived well after check -in and our room wasn’t ready. The front desk attendant told us to come back in an hour. We came back over an hour and a half later, and the room was still not ready. We offered to change to a non-accessible room, and then suddenly a room was available. The room was nice, the beds were comfy, and the pool and hot tub were great. Overall the hotel is nice but it needs some work. The carpets need shampooing and there are many deferred maintenance and housekeeping issues that need attention. The “restaurant” was not good at all and the happy hour drinks were pretty expensive. I’m not sure that we would stay here again, which is a shame because it is so close to being really great.

I was not pleased with the cleanliness of my room at this property. It did not spell great either. I have stayed at the hotel many times and have not experienced this before. My only reprieve was that I was only staying for one night.

Well the service was not good. Night deck lady was sketchy. We had to change our room because the window lock was removed and there was signs of people crawling into the room from the roof. We were robbed out of our vehicle directly in front of the hotel. Then told by the lady there are only cameras on other locations of the building. This hotel is not staffed well at all
