Cleanliness Concerns Due to Recurring Insects

During my stay, I encountered an issue with insects in the room, including a spider and multiple ladybugs. I promptly informed reception, and while the staff attended swiftly and courteously to remove them, the matter persisted, as more ladybugs appeared shortly afterwards. Although I appreciated the prompt response from the team, the recurrence of this issue significantly impacted the overall comfort of my stay and raises concerns regarding the room’s upkeep and preventative maintenance.

Great value for money hotel

Great hotel at a good price. The hotel has excellent amenities such as Spa, Gym, Restaurant etc which we used during our stay. The spa is a good size with a nice pool, jacuzzi, steam room and sauna which we enjoyed. We ate food in the restaurant and it was really nice. The bedrooms are a little dated and they did get abit hot during the night but we slept ok. Would definitely use this hotel again
