In general, it’s a good deal for the price, cleanliness and its free parking. The room is clean but the mattress is too soft. The location is ok, walking distance to Cesar Place within 15 mins.

I had an early flight. The gentleman at the front desk helped me with my bags, saw that I was limping and made sure I got a room on the first floor. The room was clean and comfortable. Although the casino was under construction, it was nice.

Dated but good for short stays
Quick stay to fly out the next morning. The traffic pattern because of F1 was a hassle although that’s not the hotel’s fault. We’ve stayed here often because it’s close and easy to get to the airport.

Good family hotel
It was the third time day and is affordable and does not have all those strange fees almost all the strip hotels have, very friendly staff and they are remodeling and you cant even tell, great beer garden.

It's clean
The place is fine. Its outdated but clean. Its close to everything so that's awesome. The parking is easy.
The only negative I would say is how they use diffuser everywhere to mask the scent... so it smells like perfume and whatever is smelling weird.

Take it or leave it
Its a very "you get what you pay for" property. It's affordable and sometimes that's what you want. I'm not a fan of the 2am construction or that my cable had issues during my last night (probably related?). I actually remember some of the staff being somewhat snarky about it to customers when i was checking in. The front desk staff is younger and that ends up edging upon being unprofessional. A little offputting. It's an older building with signs of wear and tear. There were several places where the vinyl(?) Was taped down. Not a big deal unless you're looking for that type of thing. Probably a good choice if you're trying to have a "one and done" vegas experience but if youre a sensitive sleeper paying more for another location is a better idea. While the construction isn't their fault, it does factor in to the desirability of their facility. After Sunday, finding an uber or a lyft will cost you significantly more because they close off half of the street and there's only one way that your driver can come and get you. Even walking is a challenge because you have to walk around all of the construction. There are no shortcuts. While I don't mind getting my steps in, after a long day the last thing I want to deal with is walking an additional quarter/half mile down an unrelated street and back to get to my lodgings.

Smelly
Rooms are run down a little. The smell in the room was awful all night. Need to spray rooms with air freshner or change out the carpet...

Lots of construction
Room was inexpensive probably due to the major remodel they are doing in the casino and bar area. Koval and Flamingo streets are having road construction so hotel is not easy to get to. We love the coffee makers and coffee in the room but the coffee filter holder was too small for the machine and had to be held in place.

No issues/clean/safe
The front desk staff were really kind and funny. The casino manager was nice in honoring our free play even though we didn’t see the fine print about same day use/sign up… When we explained that we checked in and rushed off to a concert.
