The hotel was beautiful, but the first room I checked into had a food tray sitting on the refrigerator. I was then moved to another room on the same floor and it was cleaner, I removed the pillow to sit o the chair and found a room key hold from the previous day. That made me question the cleanliness of the room, so I cleaned the room myself.

This is a beautiful hotel, walking distance to the most delicious puerto rican food Puerto Rico had to offer... service was great and the people were attentive and hospital. Rooms look nice but are small and unfortunately a bit smelly from Old air conditioning units which are also quite noisy. The staff is surprisingly adequate, Specially at breakfast.

The moment I entered the room, I noticed a strong, musty odor that made it difficult to relax. It became clear that the room was excessively humid, which only exacerbated the smell. Despite my attempts to air out the room, the odor persisted throughout my stay. The humidity also made the bedding feel damp and uncomfortable, which significantly impacted my ability to sleep. I reported the issue to the front desk, but the staff's response was less than satisfactory, and no effective solution was offered. I hope the management takes steps to address these problems for future guests.

Our room was clean and comfortable with a lovely balcony where we could sit and relax. The staff were absolutely wonderful and very friendly. Loved having the option of using the pool or walking right out to the beach. Will definitely be back again!
