Very poor shuttle service!!!
It was nice and clean at lobby and restaurant And excellent buffet breakfast, there's lots of food to choose from. But the rooms are outdated and needed an overhaul! I made a complain to the concierge about the shuttle bus which they offer free to and from airport as ive waited 11/2hrs for them to take me. On hindsight i should have taken a taxi but it was really late and i was by myself. The thing is theres 2 shuttle vans who arrived and going to that hotel but when i tried to get on it the driver said its for airline crew but theres still spaces, and that happened 2nd time with another shuttle and driver said to me again wait for the guest shuttle and not get on plane crew shuttle even if its going to the same hotel! Im not booking there again! Not really recommended Book with other western owned hotel, run by western people!!!

This hotel is a 2 Star all day, decor is dated, there was an of putting smell or scent in the lobby. I could here some music coming from the bathroom it seemed to come from the adjacent room so I closed the bathroom door it was after midnight.

Great location for a short stopover.
We stayed one night as a layover travelling through Dubai and this hotel was ideal. It’s close to the airport and has a free shuttle bus. There’s a nice pool and choice of restaurants so suited our purpose perfectly.

A decent hotel airport option.
Great airport hotel. Airport shuttle runs every 40 minutes. Several food and bar options in the hotel, including happy hours. The pool is area is HUGE...my only point of criticism is that you are prohibited from being outside food/drinks, but the selection they have at the pool is limited. Guests should be able to enjoy whatever food/drinks they want at the pool. this is the only hotel I've been to in Dubai with such a strict policy.
