Lovely hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast. We had really nice, big rooms. The metro is literally at the doorstep of the hotel. The only downside for me was that it is further away from all the attractions than I would have liked.

Stayed 2 nights at the hotel, it’s good. But I wouldn’t call it a 4 star hotel. Probably more like a 3 star in my opinion. It’s clean, staff is pleasant. Shower head is in a very awkward/weird position and can’t be adjusted. Bathroom and shower is quite tight. Good location tho.

Not sound proof, we arrived late and were tired and could hear everything from other rooms including hair dryers The surrounding area made us feel unsure as we talked from termini to the hotel. Homeless people were obvious and there was a social intervention team handing out food and blankets. The room itself was clean and what we expected. The hotel is conveniently located to the rail station and the Colosseum/Roman Forum. It is beside a park so you do see some people sleeping in the street. Near those people will be people dining in a restaurant. I never felt unsafe and I walked all over the city. We really enjoyed the breakfast. It was large and the staff was very nice.

The Hotel and staff are great. Breakfast is fantastic and plenty on offer. The area that the Hotel is in is a little run down, but we felt safe to walk around in the day and in the night. The Metro is right outside the Hotel door which is convenient for getting around Rome. Only gripe about the Hotel is no real restaurant although they do offer a small bar meal menu. However there are loads of places to eat within walking distance of the Hotel. Ask the staff on the front desk they will direct you to where the locals eat.
