No tenía regadera... Se le informó el primer día a recepción y nunca colocaron la regadera durante los 3 días de estancia. Quise adquirir una noche más en hoteles.com en el mismo hotel CARRILLO PUERTO y cómo no le convenía el monto... Me canceló la reservación para el 4to. día El hotel cumple con su función pero nada que ver con las fotos que subió a la plataforma de HOTELES.COM
