Próximo ao centro de convenções e teatro Guararape
Foi uma estadia para trabalho porque esse hotel fica relativamente perto do centro de convenções então ele atende perfeitamente bem para este quesito e não para turismo a infraestrutura do hotel é antiga está sendo Renovada, por exemplo a piscina não tem a infraestrutura para você ficar lá confortavelmente é só a piscina e o piso as cadeiras não têm guarda-sol, e nem serviços.
