Great location if you can deal with mold and old.
Bathrooms had a lot of mold, employees would hide in back room instead of manning the desk, the front desk phone was never answered (mailbox was full and employees acted surprised by frustration that it was impossible to find an employee). Great location, easy walk to everything. A handful of very helpful employees and cleaning staff but would not recommend.

A comfortable stay Close to Circular Quay.
Myself, our two Daughters and GrandDaughter stayed o/n, I had organised a Sydney Festival Event for our GrandDaughter, Colour Maze at Pier 2/3. I originally thought I had early morning tickets for the event, I wanted a Hotel nearby. Even though I bought tix for later in the day we had a fun stay and a nice buffet breakfast at the Hotel in the morning.

was for NYE. Very expensive for NYE BUT the location is EPIC...the view from the roof was 10/10 and you need to save a spot at 9am because it will get crowded. The rocks is amazing location to everything so the location is 10/10. The hotel is old and dingy BUT it's clean enough and if you need a NYE spot this is a good place and perfect for teh family because you are close to so may things and yet can go back to the room for bathroom and cleanup and then go back out. Excellent location.

Can't beat the location
We loved the lobby entrance, the location, and our view of the harbor and the Opera House. There wasn't daily maid service perse as we noticed that the room wasn't thoroughly cleaned even upon arrival as phone and desk area was quite dusty. They came in daily and made the bed gave fresh towels but didn't look like they really cleaned. Beds were comfortable and room was spacious. The pool access involved a flight of stairs and then stairs to the entrance of pool and it was a shallow pool in a small space, however the rooftop view was spectacular and there were tables and chairs around the pool area where one could take snacks or wine while enjoying the view. Restaurants, shops, and transportation conveniently located.
