Very bad experience
The beds are super uncomfortable, the frames are coming apart and the sheets and towels are like sand paper. We had our infant baby and our toddler, and could not shower them because there was no hot water. The front desk people really did their best to accommodate us by moving us to three different rooms but they all had no hot water. We ended up moving to a different hotel. They told us we would be reimbursed but could not issue the reimbursement directly to us because the reservation was made through hotels.com
It's been 6 days now and I received an email from hotels.com saying they could not process my reimbursement.
This is a summary of a extremely long and inconvenient experience.
