Not what I expected from a Vegas Iconic
I was immediately welcomed by a seller for timeshares before I even checked in. Not classy. What I thought was a great deal on an upgrade turned out to be on a lower floor and poor amenities. The large tub only had hot water two of the four days. The products for hygiene left me ichy and uncomfortable. I'm almost certain the hand wash and body wash were one in the same. No wash cloths until day two of room service. No conditioner. Despite the warnings of no smoking, the room smelled of stale smoke. So bad that I went to the store for air freshner. I didn’t bother raising a complaint because the entire hotel seemed to lack cleanliness. Walking around the 6th floor you can see trash and cigarette butts over the balcony. The best part is the low room rates and proximity to the Allegiant Stadium. If you're not looking for a resort feel and to save money, this is the place to be.

It wasn’t what I expected. I had to wait too long for a room. They ran out of wheelchairs. My husband had to walk a long way to our room which agrivated his knee. We stayed in the room. We did not come out to see or play any of the machine. We had to order in.

Luxor stay
Booked before I injured my knees. When arrived we asked if we could have a more accessible room. We were given one closer to the elevator but I had to walk quite a ways just to get to the elevator to go up to my room. A little bummed about that. The room was nice enough. Some drainage issues in the shower but not enough to ruin our stay. We like the Luxor mostly for its location. Ate at Tender and don’t recommend. Also ate at Diablo and it’s always good food.

Not very Handicap friendly
The stay was fine. The problem was the parking. Handicap parking is extremely limited. We had to park at Mandalay Bay and walk over to the Luxor. My husband is Handicap so this was definitely not an ideal situation. Parking is $20 a night (but you can use your parking pass to park at any of the MGM properties so it actually saved us some money.) our rooms were pretty far away but they were roomy and comfortable.
