Noise and bad
There was an air conditioner, which was very noisy and it noised the whole night. We also didn’t see the toothbrush and toothpaste in our room.

Close to perfect but missed the mark.
Bathroom was pristine except a vent above the shower was filthy. Two bottles of soap but no shampoo. Room was nice, clean, but carpet was pulled at least an inch away from the wall. I went to get a snack at midnight and there were four middle aged men there who appeared to be gang members, roaming the lobby. Talking loudly. Following me as I got a snack. Very weird.

Good but needs some work.
The neighbors noisy in the hallway late at night and in the hallway. The elevators smelled like skunk and squeaked alot. Aside from that, everything was good.

Other hotels are a better value
Really disappointed that the property didn't even offer free coffee in the lobby. Not having a breakfast as part of the cost was bad enough, but scrimping on the coffee just felt miserly.

Inability to impose its quiet hour policy
Hotels essential service is to.provide a quiet enviromnent so its guests get a restful night of sleep. The room adjacent to mine had guests who had their TV on and loud almost 24 hours. When i notified the front desk numerous times, throuout my stay, nothing was done about t besides acknowledging and apolgizing. I could not sleep until the guest next door checked out of the hotel. It was a very disppoointing exprience.
