Great location, will return
The location was fantastic, a few minutes walk to the river, a block away from Ellis Square (the kids enjoyed running around after a long drive), and close to shops, bars, and restaurants. The onsite valet parking was quick and easy. The staff in the lobby was extremely friendly. We were provided a drink voucher for my husband and I. My only complaint is the AC in the room was very noisy and the toiletries provided weren’t the best. Overall a great experience and would return again.

Excellent Location-Nice Place
Good stay. Easy check-in. Valet parking expensive but be convenient. Room was ready early which was great. Gave us a floor room which made things easy. Excellent location. Walk to shops, eateries and River front. The o my issues were the roAd closure at entrance and the shower doors needed attention. Full breakfast service available. Good but slow service. Be aware how their vouchers work… still very good. Lounge and dinner was ok…limited offerings. Overall very nice

Respect other's space.
The hotel and staff was great.
My only complaint is the dogs.
Some of the guests didn't have their dogs on the leash tight enough. No animal should be able to touch another guest if the guests don't want them to.

Best location!
Only stayed one night for NYE, so the location was spot on! So close to the Riverfront and restaurants. Staff was ver friendly at the front desk and the hotel offered different amenities like a hot coffee bar. The con: the hotel room itself is smaller than usual with even the sink being located outside of the main bathroom. Definitely older finishes and a bad sewer smell throughout the hallways. I did think that housekeeping was coming again at night since we checked in hours early so was disappointed that we didn’t have enough towels to use.
They only offered valet parking and it was a steep $48 a night.

Could use some work!
Never had cleaning service come to our room the 3 days & nights we stayed, except one time @ 5pm when we got back from our excursion. I have yet to receive a bill with receipt showing proper charges. However I have 3 different charges on my CC account. Just not happy!

Our review
The room is functional but cramped, especially with four adults. The hotel itself is nice and the staff were great. The room had signs of black mold in the shower due to no ventilation and at the AC on the floor were it clearly had been leaking as the boards were warped badly. The bathroom is too small. On the positive, the location was very convenient and the price was not bad. We would stay again, but only the two of us. We would get a second room for our adult children as it was way too small for four adults and the luggage. The TV didn't work (turned on, heard signs, no picture) but didn't fuss a it was our last night and wasn't really a big deal to us. There was complimentary water which is a bonus.

Horrible room design & $48 parking
The location was great (rooms were not), and the morning coffee/fruit bar was nice. You get 2 drinks tickets per day…but this is only useful if you drink alcohol. The front desk staff was very helpful!
Beware of the valet parking fee! $48/day, and street parking is only 8am-8pm so that’s not a solution (it’s also the same price for street) - $96 for parking for 2 days is ridiculous
The room was terrible…the sink is in the room itself so this is a horrible design for sharing a room with your children. If they’re sleeping and you need to use the washroom inevitably they’ll wake up.

Room I reserved was “not available” when I checked in. The room was freezing and took forever to get warm. The floor was peeling and sharp. My toddler tripped and fell, the hotel staff did nothing to fix the floor or offer a different room. Considering I paid for a more expensive room and was shoved in this tiny dangerous one, I was not happy. I asked to use a crib which when FINALLY given one, they didn’t provide sheets. I had to pay valet parking since they don’t have a parking lot close enough to carry all my luggage. The parking lot down the street makes you move or pay more starting at 10am. It did smell nice and was cute decor, however, I would not recommend since there are so many other choices in the block.

Front part of suite not so clean
We stayed in a suite. At first it looked good but when started to examine the room in which I always do I notice that the sofa bed was less than desirable. Therefore we didn’t put anything on it or sat on it. The refrigerator didn’t cool the food or drinks and was dirty with crumbs. I called down stairs and told the front desk and they ask if we wanted to have someone come take a look versus asking us if we wanted to switch rooms. However since we were only there for one night we just stuck it out. Personally I won’t stay here again.

Ear plugs needed to sleep
Hotel was very cool, room was great except we had a second floor room where we could hear car and pedestrian traffic all night long waking us up several times per night. My adult daughter finally asked the front desk for ear plugs the second night (readily available) must not be an uncommon occurance
