My air conditioner in my room was knocking all night I called for the maintenance person 3 times. No one showed up. Then they had a convention in the middle of the hotel with a DJ that blasted music until 12 at night. I called the front desk and was told they are a convention center that I would have to live with it. I will not stay here again. I love Marriott and have NEVER had these problems

Stay was poor due to the following: 1. Cleanliness of room was poor. 2. Shower faucet leaked randomly. 3. Toilet was leaking upon arrival, called front desk for maintenance. Didn’t even pick up the phone. 4. Beds were uncomfortable. 5. Bar was not accessible after 9pm due to volume of people. 6. Tried ordering room service, order was taken and never delivered. 7. Restaurants food was below average.

We will never be staying here again. We travel to Atlanta 3x a year for business. When we arrived we were exhausted after a long drive and the hotel had overbooked rooms. There was no room available. We had to wait until after midnight sitting in the restaurant to finally get a room. We had early meetings so this was not fun We also had multiple times where there was not hot water for showers

Don’t like this hotel.
Beds, sheets and comforters were dirty. Pillow cases were stained. Carpet was dirty and there was trash and hookah tips on the floor from the last occupants. Room service only has one delivery person so I had to go get my own food from the lobby. Parking is expensive as well. Tried to charge me $70 for chicken strips because the last lady didn’t clear her tab so they tried to charge me for it. Wouldn’t stay here again.
