Hair in the shower. Hairties on the floor that werent ours, room wasnt properly cleaned. Outlets in the table didnt work, they had a surge protector set up instead. Plugged phone charger in and it sparked and shut odf. Cord for blow dryer was melted and unsafe to use. Overall disappointed and wont return. Breakfast was not palatable. Dirty diapers on the ground at the side entrance to our room. Over flowing trash cans. The kobvy looked pretty, definitely faked us out on the rest of the property.

Football weekend
The hotel was convenient to restaurants and shopping. The room was quiet and comfortable. The building itself is older and is in serious need of a refresh. It seems dingy even though it’s clean. Breakfast was ok. I would stay again if I’m in the area.

Not so satisfying.
There was multiple leaks in the hallway with hotel trash cans holding the water off the floor. My tv didnt work, maintenance came and checked on it and offered me a new tv but by 10:30, it was late enough for me to not care. A friend that checked in was told 5 were allowed in room and when i checked into the same room i was told only 4 were allowed. (1 adult 4 kids)

We stayed at this location for a MSU football weekend. The price was considerably less then locations in or East of East Lansing. The room itself was nice and provided us with a nice place to stay. However, the other factors which make people want to return were average. The hot tub and ice machine did not work. There was a mess that could have been vacuumed up in the hallway that was not during our stay. The pool also need a cleaning. The bigger issue was the complementary breakfast. We decided it was better to go out to eat after trying the buffet after the first day.

Don’t even bother…
We checked into our hotel, went to our room and within 5 minutes we checked out. The room was DISGUSTING! The 2nd floor smelled like urine as soon as we walked off the elevator. The carpet in the elevator was so dirty. There was trash left in the room on a chair, the bathroom was filthy, the room was full of dust, and there was some sort of sticky residue on the desk in the room. The lady at the front desk was nice and offered to send housekeeping up but we had already booked another room elsewhere.

Not updated at all. Hot water in the shower was a trickle, complained about it and nothing was done, the handle of the shower was 2 inches lose from the shower wall. Asked for early check in and we were told the earliest that would be available was 3pm instead of 4pm so that they could ensure the room was clean but did reassure us we would then be able to check in later after our planned event. Staff were rude during check in process. The room was filthy. Had our card not already been charged we would have not stayed there. The bed side lamp was covered in dust to the point that my finger left a “clean” spot when I turned on the light. The black out curtains had splashes of something on them. The chair next to the bed had a very visible splash of something. The floor and shower in the bathroom were not clean. The bed linens did not smell fresh or clean. There was garbage (candy wrappers and such) in the light sconces along the hallway. The portions of the facility we saw looked very unkept.

Not a place I would stay again.
I will never stay here again. They put me in a room way back in the corner and then when I tried to leave, the door wouldn’t shut. They had drywall mess in the bathroom on the floor, and there was a can of spray paint cover-up sitting on the bathroom counter. The walls are paper, thin. There was a lot of activity in the halls through the whole night and into the early morning. The girl at the front desk was sweet and kind. It is definitely a dated place and that doesn’t even bother me.
