The property is a fairly new redevelopment that has retained the air of the old building, breathing new life into it with a modern and chic ambiance.
However, the location is not the most charming, with the area being on the periphery of the historic quarter, and somewhat lacking character.
Also, although the rooms are very new, a few details like a broken towel rack (left on the floor), a safety deposit box that did not work nor any instructions included for its operation, bottles of shampoo and body wash without specific labels, or extra costs for using a coffee maker, make for a somewhat less than a comfortable experience.
If management solves these minor yet not insignificant items, this new little hotel could become a truly perfect and memorable experience.
I do recommend this property as it has tremendous potential, and will be returning to it in a few weeks to enjoy it again and give it a second chance to impress me fully.
